We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with permission). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Specific project terms will be outlined in separate contracts. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are generally 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Timelines are estimates. Revisions are included as specified in contracts.

We accepted credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Late payments may incur interest charges. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

We will keep your business information confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request. We do not share client information with third parties. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

Services provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. We are not liable for third-party services. Website performance may vary based on factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered.

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Mediation may be required before litigation. Governing law and jurisdiction will be based on our primary business location.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, others remain valid. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
